Not sure if you mean ''agent chat window'' same as ''Agents Chat'' tab under ''Conversations'' within ''Cute Live Support'' main window. If so, yes it does open automatically after few minutes.
Is it because I've ticked ''Auto reconnect to server''? In that case, why does it lose the connection to the server so ...

I'm back again. Yes it doesn't appear when I close the ''Agents'' tab. But the ''Agents'' tab comes back again automatically (after few minutes) and so the pop-ups are back again.
Is there any way of permanently closing the ''Agents'' tab?
