Not sure if you mean "agent chat window" same as "Agents Chat" tab under "Conversations" within "Cute Live Support" main window. If so, yes it does open automatically after few minutes.

 

Is it because I've ticked "Auto reconnect to server"? In that case, why does it lose the connection to the server so frequently when I'm connect to the server in my LAN. I don't face this disconnection issues with MSN / Yahoo messengers.
