Re: NetSpell not working on IIS6
FYI.. One of the things I discovered is the spellcheck requires that the directory you are running from be listed as an 'APPLICATION' in IIS, which fixes most of the problems with the spellchecker once the .NET framework is installed. You should not need ASP.NET, just the framework and make sure your site pages are in a directory that is listed as ...

You will submit an IP@ to generate your license
For IP license, you will be asked to provide an IP@ for us to put in the license file. When CuteEditor being called, it will compare the IP@ it's running on with the IP in the license file. If mis-match, you'll get an error. Where to put such file? The most common place is either at GAC, or bin folder. Karen@cutesoft.net

Re: Problems with DotNetNuke Integration
I have the same problem on my portal. If I delete the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll, the File Manager works. BUT the file operations in the editor give me errors. If I bring the ICSharpCode file back to the bin folder, the file operations in the editor work again. Here's what I did. I uploaded some icon files through a zip ...

Changing the DictionaryFolder
Apart from editing the web.config (not an option for us) or placing the dictionaries in the bin folder is there any way to set the DictionaryFolder. The only way I can find is to edit the SpellCheck.aspx file directly but I should never have to do this. You have written a great app by the way, thanks.

CuteLiveSupport database not capturing chat session

Other chat sessions have been recorded into the database. The chat session did work, just the details were never inserted into the database tables. Just ...
