It's availbale in the version 4.0. In the version 4.0, by default Cute Editor maps most special characters to the equivalent HTML entity automatically. I suggest you upgrade the version 4.0. It's free upgrade. Your existing license file should work for the new version as well.   

Have you replaced all the Cute Editor client files when upgrade?This is a demo of the latest version:   http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx   Make sure you clean up your browser cache as well. If the editor is using the old style sheet in your browser cache, the editor will display strangely.
