Standalone version upgrade steps:
1. Install the latest version of CuteChat/Cute Messenger, the latest version is v5.1
2. Backup v4.1, please backup the files and database
3. Export the data in v4.1 to v5.x, this step is optional
4. Migration the customizations in v4.1 to v5.x, this step is optional
5. Remove v4.1
Integration version upgrade steps:
1. Backup your website(v4.1), please backup the files and database
2. Remove folder "CuteSoft_Client"
3. Download latest version and copy folder "CuteSoft_Client" to your site
4. Copy folder "bin" to your site, it will override the old files
5. Remove related tables of cutechat/cute messenger in database
6. Execute database script "\SQLScripts\cutechat5.sql" again your database
7. Export the related data from the backup database to the latest installation, this step is optional
8. Migration your customization such as chat provider in v4.1 to the latest version
9. Have a test
