I saw your last post after I posted ther message above.  Do you mean to copy the entire bin directory into the CuteSoft_Client directory?  I did that, and it solved the problem of the tool bar being all messed up but the content still does not load.

Yes, it's possible to add more logics to tag dialog.   However I suggest you modify CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\Tag.aspx instead of tag.config.   This page allows you add conditional logic.   Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
