We are considerering purchasing the upgrade from Live Support Version 4 to 5. What is new and/or different?

Is the changelog out yet? I'd very much like to see it, before I consider upgrading to the newest version.

I will not upgrade till I've seen the changelog. Could you please publish it soon?
