Table backgroundcolor and bordercolor is not working in IE7

Hi, When I click on the BackgroundColor and BorderColor box in the Table tab of a Table's Properties window, it is not showing the Color selector window. It happens in IE7, but in Mozilla it works fine. But when I am going to the cell properties window and points on the bgcolor box, it popups the color selector ...
