I purchased Cute Editor for.NET Small Business License. I get a license key for a domain. But, I request a license key for another domain a few weeks ago. I dont get it. I can't get any response for my e-mail. How can get another license key?

Hello,I am using the Ajauploader Framework 2.0 CSharp MicrosoftAjax. It works fine. My company uses one dotnet production server for all our webapps. Can we just buy the domain license for $99, should that be enough?  With domain license for $99, can we install this software on our development boxes(2 of them) too?  Thanks,
