    That works!&nbsp; Now one more thing with sound. &nbsp; When a customer want to chat it rings.&nbsp; If a chat is not answered you get a popup later that says customer is waiting.&nbsp; I want the sound to play again so that the operator will be alerted. &nbsp; Scott
