    THanks for the reply. Yes both urls are the same. The operator application does connect and login fine. Its just that it does not recognize any agents online so the web chat popup redirects to the supportfeedback.aspx.

    I have version 4 installed. When a custoemr clicks my live chat link, it pops open the supportredirect.aspx, the page most of the time, redirects to the leave a message .aspx page.
