    no agents online

    I have version 4 installed. When a custoemr clicks my live chat link, it pops open the supportredirect.aspx, the page most of the time, redirects to the leave a message .aspx page. There are multiple agents online and ready. Rarely will it go to the chat request .aspx and when it does, and the user clicks Request chat, in the console app, the queue does not popuplate. What is wrong here? Thanks.
