I would like to have a custom image button added to toolbar and link to a c# event .  The above code creates a html button

How can i call a c# event(function)  for custom button added to toolbar?   I am able to call javascript function with this line: ctr4.Attributes[''onclick'']=''ShowMyDialog(this)'';

i add custom buttom in config file and can see the button on editor.   how can i make it fuctional same as insert image button in c#?

I have increased the width of button (image) to add text for description, but editor shows the button cramped. How can i have button to its new width?
