  • Re: DotNetNuke installation problem - Unhandled error loading module.

I'd like to second that - I use DNN and a variety of both free and purchased editors, for clients mainly who have different budgets to work with. I must say this latest build of the editor is great.. I've even been able to customise is so I only have appearing the tools I want, and displayed in the location I want.  So now none of ...

  • Re: Spell checker Error

Actually - in my case, that didn't work.   More technically correct would be: Put it in the bin folder under the location of the Spellcheck.aspx - and a virtual subdirectory (in IIS) won't work.   When Spellcheck.aspx is dynamically compiled the first time, it will look for the SpellChecker dll in the bin directory directly beneath ...

  • Re: ok, i'm now going crazy ... "the area you are attempting to access is forbidden" error

I put the editor calls all in an include file, just my preference, and make changing the site easier when you update. That said, this configuration will work. The hilighted areas should fix your problem.   Set editor = New CuteEditoreditor.ID = ''Editor1''editor.Text = content    editor.DisableAutoFormatting = ...

  • Re: Error Message with CE5 in .NET

Adam,   It is compiling now, but it always skips the code because the Editor1.ToolControls[''Links'']!=null statement is always true. I changed it a bit .. // BEGIN Get Links for Links Drop Down CuteEditor.ToolControl toolctrl=Editor1.ToolControls[''Links'']; if(toolctrl !=null) { CuteEditor.RichDropDownList ...

  • Re: Expected hexadecimal digit error

Adam   There are no cutesoft references left in the common.config file and in fact I also removed the references to the links, code and images as well (as i'm not using these ones anyway) but that hasn't helped.   I've also done a project search for cutesoft and apart from the templates that refer to images on the cutesoft site, the ...

  • Re: Security Policy File error

Thanks. I got it working. Good support in this forum.   2 quick questions: 1. What file configures all the icons (features)? I would like to select which features I have. 2. The upload pics defaults to an ''uploads'' folder. How can/where do i change that to a different folder?   I'll install the demo tonight on my production web ...
