I re-copied all of the files and I am now getting:Two spell windows and a javascript error  

Which browser are you using? Can you reproduce this issue in the following example?   Selecting multiple files for upload Ajax Uploader 2.0 allows you to select multiple files and upload multiple files at once.

We recently upgrade to IIS 7, windows server 2008. After upgrade, some Insert link and Upload document dialog doesn't work. It pops open but, we cant insert link or close it. Likewise, Upload document is not functional. We get permission denied JavaScript error.   Please advice

We changed hosts and the CuteSoft license file was inadvertently overwritten by the trial version. It appeared to us as if the license did not transfer to another host. The error broke the site. It took almost eight hours to get a response to a trouble ticket. .

Chris:   Hi , the CuteChat4 use a memory model kernal and all data are not able to share between servers . So the CuteChat4 do not support balancing.   you can test the http://..../CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/LoadSettings.aspx , and you can get the error detail.   Regards , Terry .

Have purchased the product, and had updated the license file (with Cute Chat). We are using Cute Chat, but the error message within the code is wrt Cute Messenger... Do we need to update both files, as Karen only sent us the licensed version for CuteChat? 

'CuteSoft.Chat.ChatWebUtility' does not contain a definition for 'Api' I am getting this error when attempting to launch a messenger chat window for a user from my web page using <a class=''searchBottom'' href=''#'' onclick=''Chat_OpenContact('<%=username%>')''>   any ideas?

    I am getting the following error when I installed the live support on our hosted site withe the ''livesupport'' folder configure as a web application.   The virtual path '/master/MasterPage.master' maps to another application, which is not allowed.   please advise

  When I don't log in in my website. I click CuteChat  and add new friend. I will have error. I know we cannot add a new user when we don't log in. How to fix this problem? Please help me.  

Excuse but , I have same error.   And it's all 30 days.   I have the same email when I bought lecense and My web site didn't change IP.   !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must upload DLL CuteSoft.ChatWeb.dll because it disappeared. What is the matter ?
