monkeyboy,   In most situations, we dynamically loading editor into a control of page. But we don't have this problem.   Can you create a simple aspx which can demonstrate the problem?

When I load a page that includes the editor, I get _CState not defined.  I looked at all posting related to this error and there is no solution found.   I am using the 5.1 Cute Editor for ASP.   Thanks

Adam,   I just constructed a page using a MasterPage and incorporated the ''simplified'' version.  Everything appears to be working properly, so the problem I saw earlier must have been with some code error I made - My Bad! Still get the rendering error, but I'm happy with the correct functionality.

It does happen in all browsers - I've checked with IE, Firefox, and Chrome.   .ashx is a handler type and is allowed by IIS.
