    sswaika,   CuteEditor should not have any problems with asp.net 2.0.   After extract the download package, you will find two CuteEditor.Dlls.   Just make sure you are using the CuteEditor.dll under bin\Framework 2.0 for your ASP.NET 2.0 project.   The other is designed for ASP.NET 1.x.
