Adam:   I couldn't get you clearly. Does it means that if a user doesn't have flash plugins he can't intiate a chat session? Secondly, why do we need a flash plugins? Thanks Adam,   The dialog opened up with the list of files, but the html content still does not show in the right frame when I click on it. Is it because item url starts with http://remoteserver/htmltemplates? This is a problem with only the ''Insert Template''. The images and flash insert works just fine.   GCS

Just to let you know, I found the issue with Firefox.  The html gets put in with the embed tag ending with /> but for some reason in firefox the /> was getting converted to >, therefore no ''end tag'' for the embed. So I replace the /> with > myself and add a </embed> before the html is put into cute editor.  ...
