Hi. That's not the license issue. The server check the IP of the user. Maybe the user's network has reseted while chatting. Do you always get such problem ? or only once ? Regards , Terry .

If you are using the IP license, we don't check the domain name at all. Can you try the following license file? Http://CuteSoft.net/download/AjaxUploaderTemp.zip
