Andrew,   Uploader will create new element under the button.   If you still get such problem , you can try to put the uploader into a table.   Regards, Terry

To assign the Internet Guest account (IUSR_MACHINE) write permissions on the uploads folder, use the Security tab in Explorer to adjust the properties for this file so that the Internet Guest account has the correct permissions.

Hi BenHolcombe    The page post back is necessary, because the file needs to upload to the server. You can not prevent  the post back. I suggest you refer to the example code to handle when the file start upload. Finish all your own logic, then start the upload at last.   Regards,   Ken
