Adam,   I have been racking my brains trying to work out why it does not do it occationally.. turns out it ONLY HAPPENS IN FIREFOX. I have NO idea why this is. It is so weird. So I will be changing my clients over to IE7.. Not sure if you still want to investigate it.   Thanks Adam
