    We did upgrade from version 6 to 6.1, and in doing so transferred all the dll files accross into the bin folder as well as replacing the Cute_Soft_Client folder.     kumhyd2:even after getting another trial version, this message pops up for the livesupport   You may put the license file in wrong location.   Please back up your license file first then delete all license files in your server.   Copy your license file to your project bin folder.
