Thanks for the reply!   Size doesn't matter.  It can happen with large or small files.  I am using IFrame, as unfortunately policies within our internet can sometimes have wonky effects across different regions.  This behavior doesn't seem to happen in FF, but mainly in IE 7 and 8.  Thanks!  Eric
