We have found that is relative to Flash .
Only IE+Flash10 can support windows authorization
(Flash10 can read the existing authorization information from IE, without prompt the username/password again)
We also improve the Uploader for this problem.

Hey Eric, Thank you for your response, helps a lot. Another question for you, I actually don't need multiple file upload its a single file upload i am building. So I guess turning off Silverlight isn't a big issue ? Also how can I turn off multiple file upload ?

Hi,
That is a Flash/Silverlight object.
We move it to that position to make sure it could be loaded for all browsers.
For most cases, the Flash/Silverlight can be loaded very fast.
If you wait 10 secs , that means the object is not able to be load for some reasons.
