Dear customer,
Both your email and this forum post went through. Thank you for coming back to us. We focus on technology development rather than spending $$$ on marketing to benefit our users. This is a good news but not surprise to us :)

For some reason I seem to have trouble getting emails from the site so I thought I would post my question here as well.
We purchasd a license for the Cute Editor and shortly after the purchase actually settled on the r.a.d. editor as our editor of chiice for our DotNetNuke applications.

Hi Michael,
We will release version 3.5 in May or June.
With each purchase, you can get a 3-month temporary license. If within 3 months, you are still running on the temp license, after upgrade if it's not free, would be price difference. Fair enough? Plus we don't have a plan to charge upgrade for CuteLiveSupport yet. ...

I can't, however, locate the license file from my original installation, which I assume that I need in order to upgrade. Is there a way to have it resent? Also, in order to upgrade do I just download the trial copy and install?
Thanks,

The problem from converting or upgrading from the 5.3 to the 6.0 version was the fact that you have changed the path and property names, etc. in the CuteEditor. I created my own security config file a few years ago and the property value was...
SecurityPolicyFile=''mypolicyname.config'' AutoConfigure=''none''
Now I had to ...

I don't understand your sentence above:
''In version 6.0, all the HTML code are automatically protested. Cute Editor will not many any changes to your code.''
I too need Cute Editor to leave my html alone (I am attempting to dynamically create either an anchor or span tag with an onclick event, but Cute Editor immediately removes ...
