Some modules for file uploaders have option that when user selects files it shows small thumbnail of what to upload. I am wondering how this is made if the image is not uploaded first? Can you make such feature?

Is there any way to get filetype out of the uploaded file? I know I can extract from original filename (not from the temp directory as it has resx on the end), but sometimes the file is not the same type as it's ending, is there a way to detect this? Jerry

With help of mr. Kenneth we found the problem if anybody else need it. On the handler page one must specify the temp file upload directory also, not just in the main file.
