Multiple errors using CuteSoft

Hey Adam,

We are integrating Cutesoft into our web site. Our site allows music and dance teachers to post their services so students can find them. We are using Cutesoft so the teachers can copy their bio from their web site or from a word document.

Here are a few challenges we are having:

1. Sometimes, a user can copy from Word and the editor underlines the entire document
2. Sometimes when copying from Word, the editor changes some of the font (not all of it) or changes the color
3. on multiple occassions, a user fills in their bio and when they hit "save", the system loads, but no bio was saved. This has happened on 7 out of 25 attempts.
4. On occassion, the system takes the first line of a bio and erases the spaces between words. It's just on the first line. The rest of the teacher bio is fine - it's just the first line. This has happened on about 10 out of 150 teachers.
5. We have a fixed page width on our site, but on occassion, the teacher loads their bio and the bio extends way past a screen length. It's like the system sometimes omits the fixed width we have set up.
6. Does CuteSoft support my users who are trying to upload via a Mac?

Obviously, our teachers (who are paying customers) are getting very frustrated. If you feel these errors have more to do with the integration of the product by my developers vs. product bugs, please call me directly at 858-488-4575 or email me at steven@clickforlessons.com. I don't mind hiring someone to help me get this corrected. Pls. advise.

Answer: This bug has been fixed. Please upgrade to the version 4.5.0.1.

2. Sometimes when copying from Word, the editor changes some of the font (not all of it) or changes the color

Answer: Can you reproduce the problem in the following link?

If yes, can you send a sameple doc to us?

Answer: I am not sure what you mean. Please upgrade to latest version 4.5.0.1. If you still have problems, can you send your editor URL to us and so we can test it?

Answer: This bug will be resolved in the coming version 5.0.
