i am jsut testing this out to see whats what but i can't get the spell checker to work. the error i get is

Could not find a part of the path c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bin\en-Gb.dic
when the actual structure in my site is different (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\MYSITE\bin\en-Gb.dic)
i am also only intending to use the file en-UK.dic so this will in fact be  c:\inetpub\wwwroot\MYSITE\bin\en-UK.dic

Any ideas on where i need to config this?

Which version of CE are you using?

The CuteEditor should automatically look for the dictionaries from your application bin folder.

Please also check your web.config file and make sure you set the DictionaryFolder correctly.

 

    <appSettings>
         <add key="DictionaryFolder" value="~/bin" />
    </appSettings>

I'm using 4.5 i believe. i have sorted it, i created a new file (copy of en-UK.dic) and named it as en-GB.dic and it's working okey dokey. Is the spell checker included with the fully licensed version? We may be going for the IP or small business version.
