I recently bought your messenger license for www.teltech.com.mx, but i could never get it to work. i had issues with some of the users, and not even your support could help me out on this.  i have been trying your chat on another site www.arkus.com.mx, and i was wondering what the process would be to change the license type from messenger to chat.
