License Error : ip not match!

We paid for an IP licence for aspuploader.

After working beautifully for a few months our web page now displays the following error: License Error : License Error : (2) ip not match!192.168.1.50:xxx.xxx.235.94 at function Oxd3 at function Oxbf

Our webserver is on ...235.94 and the software is comparing it with the server's local IP which is ...1.50.

There must be an easy fix for this, for example the ability to add a second (local) local IP address to the IP licence. Or something...?

At present the software is effectively dead and we do need a solution quickly please!

Re: License Error : ip not match!

    Hi Ken

    Thanks for your reply.

My IP has not changed and is still correct. The problem is that the aspuploader software on the server is reading the server's local ip address of 192.168.1.50 instead of the wan IP, to which the licence relates.

Should I email Adam and ask to change the licence code to my local IP?

    Thanks in advance
