hello all

i'm having trouble with messenger on my site

it's up and running ok, but some users are complaining that whenever they're in a conversation with someone else, they can't see what they are typing and sometimes, can't see what the other person is typing.

 

has this every happened to anybody else?

if so do you know a solution?
