The insert image function is great, but I have one request. If you upload an image with the same name as a file already uploaded, the old image is overwritten. Can we get a dialog with overwrite yes/no/rename? I guess this applies to documents/flash/media as well.

We have several users that has accidentally overwritten existing images,and we want to avoid this.
