Toolbar icons distorted in Firefox 22

On Firefox 22, the toolbar icons are messed up along the bottom edge. This is a screen clipping from http://richtexteditor.com/demo/nonEditable_contents.aspx :

What's going on here?

Sorry, I inserted a screen clipping image, but it didn't persist. I tried to add an attachment, but I apparently don't have permission. How can I get the clipping to you?
