I use AjaxManager to refresh the page and get this problem when I add Rich Text Editor in the code.

 

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.
If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponive. 

Looking at an earlier forum that there have been problems with the UpdatePanel.
The problem occurs only in Internet Explorer (tried version 8 and 9) and Internet Explorer stops responding...
Works flawlessly in Firefox, Chrome and Safari with Rich Text Editor :-)

We have fixed the updatepanel issue in the latest build. I suggest you download the  latest build and try again.

Please replace the dll file and the richtexteditor folder.

 

If you still get the same issue with the latest build, please create an example page which can reproduce this issue and post here. We will check it and get back to you as soon as possible.

I have downloaded the latest version today. No time to create a sample application today, may try tomorrow.
Have tried with telerik: RadAjaxManager (www.telerik.com) and eo: Callback Panel (www.essentialobjects.com) and same problem....
