One of my users is getting the subject error. What could cause this? The uploader seems to be working fine for everyone else.

Does it happens all the time? or randomly?

Please download the latest build http://ajaxuploader.com/download/Ajax-Uploader.zip, it support html5 upload mode, I think it will fix this error for this client. Also, you can let this client install the silverlight plug-in for his browser, it should work too.

This error happens only with flash plug-in and I think you using property "FlashLoadMode". So use HTML5 or Silverlight upload mode will work for him.

Thanx Ken - I am trying to get more info from the customer - I think it happens all the time for him. This is the only report we ave - others are using it with no trouble.

I will try the latest build - do you have release notes for this version? (I am currently using the 4-11-2012 build)

the latest build is  6-11-2012. Open the debug mode by querystring UploaderDebug=1, you will find the version info at the debug window. Like
