Is there any documentation on all the available settings that are associated with the .Setting[] property on the CuteEditor control.  Some seem to be the same as in the various configuration files but others are not.  I saw a post that seemed to indicate some settings are stored in a cookie.  Anyway, a complete listing of the setting and their usage would be nice to have.
