Hello.

I have set up a chat room and in the Global Access as well as the Chat Room administration area, I have set Allow Anonymous to true.  Yet still when I click on the Chat room and enter a nickname in the popup, I'm told that Anonymous users are not allowed on the channel.

 

Can you help?

Please login as admin , and join a lobby , you will see an 'manage' button .

Click it , and goto the lobby tab , you could make the room allow anonymous users .
