Upload Fails Using Windows Authentication (HTTP 401)

I have a intranet website set up using Windows Server 2003, windows authentication, and no anonymous access.  However, some of my users are receiving a prompt for their username/password and the following message when they click "send" to manually start on the upload control.  Is there something I need to account for with these settings such as setting the UploadType to "Silverlight" resolve this issue?  Also, in the UploaderTemp folder I have set to allow "Everyone" access with no success.

    Thank you very much.

    Good Morning,

The problem is still occurring, is there a possible work-around to alleviate this?
