To fix this youtube issue, you need upgrade to latest version, there isn't a way to fix this in v6.5.

You need upload media file to server and then insert to cuteeditor, copying url directly will not work in "Insert Media" dialog. You can click "Insert Hyperlink" and insert the media's url.
