Hi everyone

 I am having a big problem with my cutesoft editor.  Nothing appears when the latter is called. After some research I have found that on firefox there is a console error “CuteEditorInitialize is not defined”. And by viewing the source of the page by clicking on any item loaded by the load.ashx file

e.g

/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Load.ashx?type=theme&file=separator.gif&theme=Custom 

I’ve got the following error:

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

 Any idea ??

Please follow steps:

1. Backup your website

2. Remove folder "CuteSoft_Client"

3. Download CuteEditor for .NET in our website and then upload folder "CuteSoft_Client"  and "bin" to your installation

4. Test it again.
