Hi there,

Do you have documentation of the error codes that are thrown during the upload?

I was wondering what code 2038 exactly means.

I suspect it has to do with a VPN, who sends interrupts at fixed times.

If you upgrade to the latest build, this issue should be resolved.

If you don't want to upgrade, please follow the steps below:

Please open CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\InsertImage.aspx and modify the following code:

<CE:Uploader id="InputFile" runat="server"></CE:Uploader>

to:

<CE:Uploader id="InputFile" runat="server" UploadType="Iframe"></CE:Uploader>
