we have Small Business License  for few domains and on one we have his error:

if this matter domain name in license with www or without?

It has nothing to do with www,  please read http://aspnetforums1.cutesoft.net/downloads/licenseclinic.html , if issue cannot be fixed, please  forward original email we sent to you which contains permanent license to eric@cutesoft.net, we will check it.
