Using version 6.5

I don't have any of the functionality like 'Style Builder' that was mentioned as a way of getting text wrapping.

 

What is the latest technique please?

After insert one image, you can drag that image to different area, it will get text wrapping.

The lack of dragability looks like its related to me using Opera as the browser.

Firefox allows dragging but the wrapping is pretty clunky (ie: doesn't wrap in a nice way but maybe one line only at the top and bottom of image).
