I'm trying to use relative paths for my links (this helps me move content from my development environment to my production environment). 

 

I have both RemoveServerNamesFromUrl  and UseRelativeLinks set to true, yet whenever I create a link it always ends up coming out an absolute path.

 

I'm not sure why this is happening, and I would totally appreciate some help.
