When viewing the CE in Internet Explorer, and I hover over certain buttons (eg. cut or paste), the width of that button seems to widen. This results in all the buttons to the right of that button shifting to the right a couple of pixels. When you come off the button, the buttons return to the original position.

 

This behaviour does not appear in Safari or Firefox.

 

Any ideas on how to prevent this?

I am not sure what you mean 'Internet Explore - icons move when hover', I  can not reproduce this issue.

 

Can you sent me a screenshot to show me the issue?
