An interesting bug in CuteEditor Version 6.4

    Hi,

Its good to hear that you have released version 6.4, but I found a small bug, but an irritating one in that version.

    Steps to reproduce
    ----------------------
    1. Create a table with 3 or 4 columns and 3 rows
    2. add some text in 1st and 3rd column in the first row.
    3. try to insert a button/input box into the 2nd column of first row
    4. it will be placed in third column.

And if all the columns are blank, then it will place the control in the cursor position

And it wont place the control in previous columns, if the previous columns contains text.

Can you look into these please...

    regards

    Hi ken,

Yes this is the issue with the version 6.4. I have not upgraded, yet to this version on my client's server but I have tried this locally.I have few other major issue's with me currently. And didnt get a chance to upgrade and test with the new version, what all issues are claimed to be resolved. I will get back to you when I test and try those problems.
    Thanks for the update.

    Thanks and Regards,

An interesting bug in CuteEditor Version 6.5

    Hi Ken,

Thanks once again, but I am afraid that still the issue is there in the latest version also.

    Steps to reproduce

    1. Create a 2 row single column table
    2. add some text on first and second rows
    3. try to insert the input control next to the text on the first row, you can see that it will jump to the second row

And of course, it wont jump to the next row, if the next row is blank.

    regards
