customizing cute editor

Hii

We want to customize the insertimage.frame.aspx and that we are looking to add some code to the function behind the upload button. Is this possible.

It will be great if anyone help me on this. Thanks in advance.

The insertimage stores the image in Uploads folder, we need it to be saved in our database in byte stream and revieve it from DB.
