upload files in "insert hyperlink"

when i click "Insert Hyperlink > Browse" there is an option to upload files. I want to disable the option to upload only for this popup. I would assume I will have to hide the button in the tag file or the dialog file.

My question is what parts do i need to Hide and in what file?

basically. I would like clicking on the pdf icon to be the only way to upload pdf files.

When you select Inset Link dialog -> Browse, you can see the screenshot below

This dialog is controlled by \CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\SelectFile.aspx. Open the file, search for "upload", you can see this section is embraced by <fieldset style="width:98%">. Add display: none to this style and upload section will go hidden
