Error while parsing the toolbar configuration

i have just moved over to a linux server, running php 5.(something) and am now receiving this error:

Error while parsing the toolbar configuration fileCuteEditor_Files/Configuration/AutoConfigure/full.config

any idea what could be causing this?

Please download the control again and upload the examples included in the download package to your server.

I think the full.config has been modified for some reasons.
