We have recently added this control to our site. It has all mostly worked except for the following error that has popped up a few times.

 

 

I haven't been able to reproduce this error, but it has happened for a few users since we put the control into production.

 

 

I haven't been able to find anything in our code that would cause this error, so thought I would check if this could be related to the uploader control.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

That is a Silverlight plug-in error.

 

As you said it's just happen in a few chance, and there's no enough debug information,

 

Maybe we need investigate it for a long time.

 

Could you tell me , when you get such error ?

 

When click the browse button ? or after selecting a file ? or while uploading ?

As I have not been able to reproduce the error myself, I am not 100% sure on when this error is occuring.

 

From an email from a user who did the error, it appears as though the message popped up after they had selected the files they wanted to upload.

Sorry I can't provide any further details, but if it does happen, I will pass on any info I can.
